Akakios Kandarakis's late challenge caught a AIANTAS AENP ATHENS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After having played for 72 minutes, Zinon Kalaitzopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AIANTAS AENP ATHENS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zinon Kalaitzopoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74th minute, Isidoros Sotirakis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Anthimos Tsiartas. The goal made the score 0-4. Isidoros Sotirakis was extremely unlucky when he, in the 77th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. AIANTAS AENP ATHENS's Sotiris Koubaras was substituted for Zinon Kalaitzopoulos. Akakios Kandarakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Savállia FC's Anthimos Tsiartas got control of the ball when Sotiris Koubaras tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stratos Bouloubasis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Akakios Takounidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over AIANTAS AENP ATHENS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Savállia FC throughout the match.
