An unexpected shot in the 85th minute by Efthimis Katsaridas got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Eutichios Karakostas was extremely unlucky when he, in the 87th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 88th match minute, Chaliαs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manolis Variamidis to maneuver through the defense. 96 minutes into the game, Panos Prezas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Miltiadis Vrotsos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. For all the effort they put into the match, the GREEN FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Chaliαs.
