Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sokratis Mesiakaris took the kick off in the first half of the match. Tirσs BC's Fotis Papakrivos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stelios Moukeas in the 9th minute of play. Tsitsos F.C.'s Stelios Moukeas quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Paschalis Anastasatos, made in the 10th minute of the game. In the 13th minute, Trifon Tsorbas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Christos Koumaditis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trifon Tsorbas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Stelios Moukeas made a precise shot to the right of Fotis Papakrivos. Tirσs BC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trifon Tsorbas in the 23rd minute of play forced Tsitsos F.C.'s goalkeeper Christos Koumaditis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tsitsos F.C.'s Stelios Moukeas got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dimosthenis Georgiadis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christos Koumaditis having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Dimosthenis Georgiadis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christos Koumaditis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Sokratis Mesiakaris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tsitsos F.C.'s attentive Stelios Moukeas managed to snatch the ball when Paschalis Anastasatos made a throw-in in the 39th minute of the game. Alkaios Malesios received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Fotis Papakrivos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dimosthenis Georgiadis was the one to do the kick off. Stratos Pispinis kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Loukas Karameros hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. If Sokratis Mesiakaris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tsitsos F.C.'s Sokratis Mesiakaris managed to work through Tirσs BC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Sokratis Mesiakaris dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Fotis Papakrivos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sokratis Mesiakaris in the 64th minute of play. Sokratis Mesiakaris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fotis Papakrivos having to interfere. If Alkaios Malesios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute Sokratis Mesiakaris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fotis Papakrivos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute Dimosthenis Georgiadis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christos Koumaditis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Tsitsos F.C.'s Christos Koumaditis got control of the ball when Loukas Karameros tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 79th match minute, Tsitsos F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chatziantoniou Aggelopoulos to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Trifon Tsorbas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tirσs BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Trifon Tsorbas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christos Koumaditis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stelios Moukeas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Fotis Papakrivos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tirσs BC's Christos Kalafatakis got a free kick in the 88th minute.
