Iordanis Roussakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kostas Missiakos, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Evert Kolberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iordanis Roussakis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evert Kolberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Manos Alexoudis made in the 26th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Lygaria FC's Stathis Kyrgiakos. 27 minutes into the match, Mαzia BC's goal looked a bit too open when Garnock Crittle came free, but Iordanis Roussakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Mαzia BC's goal looked a bit too open when Themistoklis Spyropoulos came free, but Iordanis Roussakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Garnock Crittle to strike the kick off in the second half. Garnock Crittle scored 0-3 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iordanis Roussakis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Mαzia BC's Iordanis Roussakis got control of the ball when Evert Kolberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 64th minute Nikos Papageorgiou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iordanis Roussakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mαzia BC's Iordanis Roussakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garnock Crittle in the 85th minute of play.
