Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marinos Prassas started the match with the kick off. Andreas Beloutsis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marinos Prassas went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 7th match minute, Solomσs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikiforos Kourelas to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Solomσs's zone, Christos Dermitzakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andreas Beloutsis came out of the goal and Christos Dermitzakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andreas Beloutsis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marinos Prassas's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Andreas Beloutsis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Kolobourdas in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Menios Angos in the 14th minute of play forced OFA FC's goalkeeper Akis Kontis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. OFA FC's Akis Kontis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save OFA FC from getting a goal against them. OFA FC's Thomas Kolobourdas got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 27th minute, Christos Dermitzakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 30 played minutes Solomσs got a freekick which was hit by Renos Christodoulou. Menios Angos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akis Kontis having to interfere. Sakis Komninos kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, OFA FC's Marinos Prassas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andreas Beloutsis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 46 minutes into the game, Panos Venetidis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Akis Kontis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Menios Angos was the one to do the kick off. Akis Kontis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Panos Venetidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind OFA FC's goalkeeper Akis Kontis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Akis Kontis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Panos Venetidis's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. After 70 played minutes OFA FC got a freekick which was hit by Miltos Grigorakos. OFA FC's Akis Kontis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Menios Angos in the 71st minute of play. If Panos Venetidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Menios Angos put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Akis Kontis. 81 minutes into the match, OFA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Menios Angos came free, but Akis Kontis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the OFA FC defense, Panos Venetidis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Akis Kontis. The OFA FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Akis Kontis should have stopped the shot. If Thomas Kolobourdas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Panos Venetidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Menios Angos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
