Spectators: 1100 (Terracing: 1000, Seating: 100, VIP seats: 0) AEK1924's Stavros Mouratos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, AEK1924's goal looked a bit too open when Loukas Kotovas came free, but Giannis Asimatos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Loukas Kotovas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Giannis Asimatos. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Loukas Kotovas struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Giannis Asimatos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for dodoni eagles. In the 10th minute, Giannis Mylonas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Giannis Asimatos was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 23rd minute Loukas Kotovas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giannis Asimatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 25 played minutes AEK1924 got a freekick which was hit by Stavros Mouratos. Grigoris Triantafyllopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giannis Asimatos having to interfere. Zbyszek Barycz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stavros Mouratos, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. A collision led to dodoni eagles getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Zinon Spelas hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grigoris Triantafyllopoulos in the 35th minute of play forced AEK1924's goalkeeper Giannis Asimatos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Loukas Kotovas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giannis Asimatos having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Loukas Kotovas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Loukas Kotovas, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 39 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Giannis Asimatos was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Giannis Asimatos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grigoris Triantafyllopoulos in the 41st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orestis Zaimis during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to AEK1924 getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Orestis Zaimis hit a great ball. Loukas Kotovas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes in the game, Loukas Kotovas fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Giannis Asimatos having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Loukas Kotovas to make the kick off. Loukas Kotovas might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Giannis Asimatos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Loukas Kotovas ran back to his position shaking his head. After 57 minutes of play, dodoni eagles's Giannis Mylonas made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Giannis Asimatos was left in no man's land by his defense there! 61 minutes into the game, dodoni eagles's Loukas Kotovas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Giannis Asimatos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 65th minute, Zinon Spelas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The dodoni eagles fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. 69 minutes into the match, Loukas Kotovas notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of AEK1924's Giannis Asimatos. Giannis Asimatos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Giannis Asimatos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Loukas Kotovas went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. 81 minutes into the match, dodoni eagles's Loukas Kotovas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Giannis Asimatos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 83rd minute Loukas Kotovas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giannis Asimatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AEK1924's Giannis Asimatos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zinon Spelas in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, AEK1924's Konstantinos Alexiou got a free kick in the 85th minute. After having played for 88 minutes, Zinon Spelas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. dodoni eagles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zinon Spelas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Giannis Asimatos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Loukas Kotovas's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the match, AEK1924's goal looked a bit too open when Loukas Kotovas came free, but Giannis Asimatos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
