In the 6th match minute, Paok4Hellas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Theofilos Stefanis to maneuver through the defense. 7 minutes into the match, Akraνfnion BC's Thomas Spazopodis broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Alexis Alexandridis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Akraνfnion BC's Giorgos Valsamidis got a free kick in the 16th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tasos Papaefstathiou in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexis Mavrofridis saved Akraνfnion BC from getting behind. If Tasos Papaefstathiou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 23 played minutes Tasos Papaefstathiou rounded Akraνfnion BC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. A collision led to Paok4Hellas getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Iraklis Lazos hit a great ball. Paok4Hellas's Thomas Vangelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panos Lyberogiannis in the 30th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Alexis Alexandridis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paok4Hellas's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexis Alexandridis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexis Mavrofridis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 36 played minutes, Paok4Hellas's Kostas Salonikis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alexis Mavrofridis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Paok4Hellas reached it. Alexis Alexandridis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alexis Alexandridiss short, quick shot in the 48thth minute got Alexis Mavrofridis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christos Papadosifakis was the one to do the kick off. When Tasos Papaefstathiou, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 58 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Alexis Mavrofridis was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 70thth minute of the game Alexis Alexandridis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Akraνfnion BC's Alexis Mavrofridis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Michalis Sapounidis during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Paok4Hellas getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Michalis Sapounidis hit a great ball. Michalis Sapounidis got his second yellow card in the match during the 79th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 80th match minute, Paok4Hellas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michalis Sapounidis to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute, Tasos Papaefstathiou got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Theofilos Stefanis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paok4Hellas's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
