The referee ignored Playiárion FC's protests and gave Miltos Tsoulkas a yellow card for diving instead. After 15 played minutes Playiárion FC got a freekick which was hit by Miltos Tsoulkas. The crowd rose to their feet as Andromahiotis f.c's Christoforos Skounas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Giorgos Anastasiadis. That made the score 1-0 after 19 minutes of play. Lino Messias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giorgos Anastasiadis having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Playiárion FC's zone, Mattias Rosen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giorgos Anastasiadis came out of the goal and Mattias Rosen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christodoulos Tsouchtras got free with Giorgos Anastasiadis in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Themis Zoumis kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Andromahiotis f.c's zone, Iraklis Evaggellatos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dimitris Asimakopoulos came out of the goal and Iraklis Evaggellatos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 36th minute, Andromahiotis f.c's Themis Zoumis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Giorgos Anastasiadis. Giorgos Anastasiadis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Themis Zoumis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Giorgos Anastasiadis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Mattias Rosen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mattias Rosen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Giorgos Anastasiadis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Ntinos Zarkadis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Eleftherios Xomeritakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Andromahiotis f.c's supporters rose to their feet, but Eleftherios Xomeritakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giorgos Anastasiadis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Themis Zoumis took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Giorgos Anastasiadis to make any attempt to save it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Themis Zoumis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Giorgos Anastasiadis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lino Messias went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Mattias Rosen might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Giorgos Anastasiadis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mattias Rosen ran back to his position shaking his head. When Timos Kouroupakis fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Playiárion FC's protests and gave Timos Kouroupakis a yellow card for diving instead. Lino Messias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lino Messias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giorgos Anastasiadis having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Mattias Rosen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Andromahiotis f.c fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. After a rather tough play, Playiárion FC's Iraklis Evaggellatos got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Giorgos Anastasiadis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Messias, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. A collision led to Andromahiotis f.c getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Thomas Koboropoulos hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Themis Zoumis sped through Playiárion FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Giorgos Anastasiadis. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sotiris Tsiabras got free with Dimitris Asimakopoulos in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Giorgos Anastasiadis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Themis Zoumis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Andromahiotis f.c players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
