After having played for 4 minutes, Loukas Matsaggos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tríkerion's supporters crossed their fingers, but Loukas Matsaggos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Vrangianα getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Christos Ioannou hit a great ball. Tríkerion were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Vrangianα's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zisis Kontogiannopoulos took the corner. The corner led Tríkerion's Zisis Kontogiannopoulos to fire away a dangerous shot which Thodoris Giannopoulatos despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 22nd minute, Dimitris Bazinas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 25 minutes, Dorotheos Thanailakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tríkerion's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dorotheos Thanailakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Apostolos Velidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitris Bazinas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tríkerion's Dimos Matzanas got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Dimos Matzanas sped through Vrangianα's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Thodoris Giannopoulatos. A hard shot 41 in the game by Loukas Matsaggos from a close distance when the talented Thodoris Giannopoulatos managed to make a qualified save. Vrangianα's players were relieved. Thodoris Giannopoulatos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dimos Matzanas's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Panos Bourlokas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Apostolos Velidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Panos Bourlokas made a kick off. Loukas Matsaggos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Loukas Matsaggos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Loukas Matsaggos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thodoris Giannopoulatos having to interfere. Thodoris Giannopoulatos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loukas Matsaggos in the 78th minute of play. In the 85th minute Dimos Matzanas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thodoris Giannopoulatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dimos Matzanas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thodoris Giannopoulatos having to interfere. Thodoris Giannopoulatos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimos Matzanas in the 95th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Tríkerion's zone, Panos Bourlokas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Apostolos Velidis came out of the goal and Panos Bourlokas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
