Leonidas Tzevelekos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Thomas Loubadiaris made a huge save. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mαnes's goalkeeper Savas Labirikos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Giorgos Loukidis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Mαnes booed when star was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miltos Topouzis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th match minute, star was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miltos Topouzis to maneuver through the defense. Savas Labirikos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dionysis Loukoumas's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionysis Loukoumas in the 38th minute of play forced Mαnes's goalkeeper Savas Labirikos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chatziioannou Melissinos in the 40th minute of play forced star's goalkeeper Thomas Loubadiaris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionysis Loukoumas in the 46th minute of play forced Mαnes's goalkeeper Savas Labirikos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
A hard shot 56 in the game by Giorgos Loukidis from a close distance when the talented Savas Labirikos managed to make a qualified save. Mαnes's players were relieved. 58 minutes into the match, star's goal looked a bit too open when Leonidas Tzevelekos came free, but Thomas Loubadiaris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, star's Miltos Topouzis got a free kick in the 58th minute. Giorgos Loukidis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Savas Labirikos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Savas Labirikos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dionysis Loukoumas in the 64th minute of play. Angelo Gizon struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Savas Labirikos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for star. Dionysis Loukoumas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Savas Labirikos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Klaes kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Orestis Banakakis scored 1-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thomas Loubadiaris, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Giorgos Loukidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mαnes's Savas Labirikos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dionysis Loukoumas in the 91st minute of play. Giorgos Loukidis in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Savas Labirikos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Savas Labirikos made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Giorgos Loukidis sent off a good shot on target. star's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
