Kyriakos Thanoglou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Menelaos Ntovas in the 13th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Louis Giannakakos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Koupaki BC's Louis Giannakakos got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Louis Giannakakos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kosmas Tzorvas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kosmas Tzorvas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kyriakos Thanoglou having to interfere. Kyriakos Thanoglou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kosmas Tzorvas in the 44th minute of play. After the first half Ano Skotina were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kosmas Tzorvas made a kick off. Charis Mendrinos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Louis Giannakakos, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Koupaki BC's Kyriakos Thanoglou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kosmas Tzorvas in the 60th minute of play. Louis Giannakakos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sotiris Papagiannis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Kyriakos Thanoglou made a huge save. Efthimis Ouzounis charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Efthimis Ouzounis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alketas Panagis placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! 79 minutes into the match, Paraskevas Vogiatzis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Charis Mendrinos. Ano Skotina's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paraskevas Vogiatzis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Sotiris Papagiannis in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kyriakos Thanoglou, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kosmas Tzorvas struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Kyriakos Thanoglou didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ano Skotina. Kyriakos Thanoglou made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sotiris Papagiannis in the 89th minute. A collision led to Koupaki BC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Evripidis Mantarinis hit a great ball. Sotiris Papagiannis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kyriakos Thanoglou having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ano Skotina eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
