Panos Xanthidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giorgos Platonidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Thanos Tremis hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. When Pavlos Kourentas, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 29 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Thanasis Klidis was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Theσktiston BC's Panos Xanthidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giorgos Platonidis in the 36th minute of play. Ilias Stavropodis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thanasis Klidis having to interfere. In the 43rd minute Giorgos Platonidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Panos Xanthidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stergios Kapetanos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Panos Xanthidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giorgos Platonidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

If Ilias Stavropodis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57thth minute of the game Giorgos Platonidis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Theσktiston BC's Panos Xanthidis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 58th match minute, Theσktiston BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giannis Kalathakis to maneuver through the defense. Panos Xanthidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giorgos Platonidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Thanasis Klidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ilias Stavropodis in the 64th minute of the match. Chrisostomos Iordanopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Panos Xanthidis acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 69th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Valentinos Poriotis. In the 72nd minute, Akis Valsaris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vitoulades's Valentinos Poriotis was responsible for 0-1 with a brilliant performance in the 73rd minute when he, by himself, got past the opponents defense and with a quick shot sent the ball into the goal to the left of Panos Xanthidis. After a rather tough play, Vitoulades's Valentinos Poriotis got a free kick in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Theσktiston BC's Akis Valsaris broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Miltos Livadaras kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Chants of Vitoulades echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Theσktiston BC had held the ball for most of the match.
