After 4 minutes, Sakis Zoumis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sotνr FC and the Martνni players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sotνr FC's Sakis Zoumis got a free kick in the 4th minute. Thanasis Logothetis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Kalabokis, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Themistoklis Kalivas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thanasis Logothetis having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Andreas Kalabokis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Martνni fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After a rather tough play, Sotνr FC's Sakis Zoumis got a free kick in the 25th minute. After 28 minutes, Nestoras Pavlos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sotνr FC and the Martνni players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 28 played minutes Sotνr FC got a freekick which was hit by Nestoras Pavlos. Thanasis Logothetis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Themistoklis Kalivas went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 44th minute, Apostolikas Chasiotis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nikiforos Ikonomou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lakis Pappas having to interfere. After the first half Martνni were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andreas Kalabokis made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Sotνr FC's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Kalabokis came free, but Thanasis Logothetis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Andreas Kalabokis came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Martνni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andreas Kalabokis couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Martνni's zone, Nikiforos Ikonomou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lakis Pappas came out of the goal and Nikiforos Ikonomou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nontas Tsaknis kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Nontas Tsaknis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christos Michail's late challenge caught a Martνni's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christos Michail helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Sotνr FC's Christos Michail got a free kick in the 65th minute. The long shot by Iraklis Kalakos in the 65th minute really tested Thanasis Logothetis's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Themistoklis Kalivas got free with Thanasis Logothetis in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 69th minute Nontas Tsaknis suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. After 69 minutes, Thymios Liopiris mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Martνni and the Sotνr FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 72 minutes into the match, Sotνr FC's goal looked a bit too open when Petros Mamalis came free, but Thanasis Logothetis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martνni's Andreas Kalabokis got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Themistoklis Kalivas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Themistoklis Kalivas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Thanasis Logothetis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andreas Kalabokis struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Thanasis Logothetis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Martνni.
