Konstantinos Skapaneas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chatziantoniou Giannakopoulos struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Konstantinos Skapaneas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stefanos fc. A collision led to Keratsini F.C. getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Thodoris Stefanoglou hit a great ball. Keratsini F.C.'s Konstantinos Skapaneas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Keratsini F.C. from getting a goal against them. Chatziantoniou Giannakopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konstantinos Skapaneas having to interfere. Orestis Tsaris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stefanos fc's Nikos Kosmas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Errikos Soufrilas in the 28th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chatziantoniou Giannakopoulos in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Konstantinos Skapaneas saved Keratsini F.C. from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Keratsini F.C.'s zone, Orestis Tsaris stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Konstantinos Skapaneas came out of the goal and Orestis Tsaris tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Chatziantoniou Giannakopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Konstantinos Skapaneas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chatziantoniou Giannakopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Theagenis Papoulis made a kick off. Errikos Soufrilas's late challenge caught a Stefanos fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Errikos Soufrilas helped the player get up and apologised. 54 minutes into the match, Keratsini F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Orestis Tsaris came free, but Konstantinos Skapaneas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 58 minutes of play, Stefanos fc's Chatziantoniou Giannakopoulos made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Konstantinos Skapaneas was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 64 played minutes, Keratsini F.C.'s Alexandros Digozis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nikos Kosmas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Keratsini F.C. reached it. Chatziantoniou Giannakopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konstantinos Skapaneas having to interfere. Kleanthis Mouraitidis charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kleanthis Mouraitidis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kleanthis Mouraitidis kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Stefanos fc's goalkeeper Nikos Kosmas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Errikos Soufrilas. Orestis Tsaris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konstantinos Skapaneas having to interfere. Manos Tigris kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Keratsini F.C.'s Konstantinos Skapaneas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orestis Tsaris in the 85th minute of play. Konstantinos Skapaneas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orestis Tsaris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the game, one of Stefanos fc:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 97 minutes, Manos Tigris mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Keratsini F.C. and the Stefanos fc players grew even worse after the yellow card.
