In the 3rdth minute of the game Dimitris Kalliatakis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stefanos fc's Nikos Kosmas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Orestis Tsaris managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stefanos fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Orestis Tsaris was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thrasivoulos Chloros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nikos Kosmas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimitris Kalliatakis in the 8th minute of the match. Nikos Kosmas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitris Kalliatakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iakovos Mavroulis hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Dimitris Kalliatakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Nikos Kosmas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Orestis Tsaris came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Stefanos fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orestis Tsaris couldn't finish the play. Chatziantoniou Giannakopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thrasivoulos Chloros having to interfere. Dimitris Kalliatakis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nikos Kosmas having to make a save. ASEAK's Thrasivoulos Chloros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chatziantoniou Giannakopoulos in the 42nd minute of play. After having played for 45 minutes, Chatziantoniou Giannakopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stefanos fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chatziantoniou Giannakopoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dimitris Kalliatakis was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Dimitris Kalliatakis made a precise shot to the right of Nikos Kosmas. Stefanos fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Nikos Kosmas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dimitris Kalliatakis went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Orestis Tsaris could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Thrasivoulos Chloros made a huge save. Nikos Kosmas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimitris Kalliatakis in the 66th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Stefanos fc's zone, Dimitris Kalliatakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nikos Kosmas came out of the goal and Dimitris Kalliatakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Dimitris Kalliatakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of ASEAK booed when Stefanos fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kleanthis Mouraitidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dimitris Kalliatakis in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nikos Kosmas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Babbis Valantis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Nikos Kosmas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute Dimitris Kalliatakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikos Kosmas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dimitris Kalliatakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
