Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Metamσrfosi's zone, Christos Karalexopoulos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iordanis Poniridis came out of the goal and Christos Karalexopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Metamσrfosi's Ilias Petkaris shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 14th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Aggelos Perperidis but with some difficulty. In the 23rd minute, Zisis Kalenteridis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aggelos Perperidis was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After 27 minutes, Minas Stamatopoulos made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Thriamvos Athinon's Aggelos Perperidis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Christos Karalexopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thriamvos Athinon's supporters rose to their feet, but Christos Karalexopoulos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iordanis Poniridis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39th minute, Pantelis Tsagris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Christos Karalexopoulos to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Iraklis Andriolas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iordanis Poniridis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Christos Karalexopoulos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 55 minute of play. Aggelos Perperidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iraklis Andriolas in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Thriamvos Athinon's goal looked a bit too open when Iraklis Andriolas came free, but Aggelos Perperidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thriamvos Athinon's Markos Fotakos managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Pavlos Trichas in the 67 minute of the game. Christos Karalexopoulos was extremely unlucky when he, in the 68th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Christos Karalexopoulos struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Iordanis Poniridis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Thriamvos Athinon. A sloppy throw-in by Pavlos Trichas in the 73rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Thriamvos Athinon's Markos Fotakos. Iraklis Andriolas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Aggelos Perperidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aggelos Perperidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zisis Kalenteridis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Christos Karalexopoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 81st minute Minas Stamatopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aggelos Perperidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Minas Stamatopoulos notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Thriamvos Athinon's Aggelos Perperidis. Aggelos Perperidis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Christos Karalexopoulos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iordanis Poniridis having to make a save. When Minas Stamatopoulos came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Metamσrfosi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Minas Stamatopoulos couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the match, Thriamvos Athinon's goal looked a bit too open when Iraklis Andriolas came free, but Aggelos Perperidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Metamσrfosi fans cheered their team off the field, for while Thriamvos Athinon had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
