After a defensive mix-up in Achladéai FC's zone, Thanos Dokos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ignatios Moschogiannis came out of the goal and Thanos Dokos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dimitris Smyrniotis made in the 22nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Dimos Tzavelas however managed to control. Thanos Dokos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vaggelis Bourouselos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignatios Moschogiannis having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Thanos Dokos made a precise shot to the right of Ignatios Moschogiannis. Achladéai FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 38 minutes into the match, Kapi City's goal looked a bit too open when Markos Ioannidis came free, but Theodosis Chalkias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kapi City's Evripidis Taralidis got a free kick in the 40th minute. 43 minutes into the match, Markos Ioannidis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Theodosis Chalkias. Kapi City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Markos Ioannidis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Thanos Dokos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Charis Papadamoulis struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Ignatios Moschogiannis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kapi City. In the 55th minute, Thanos Dokos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dimos Tzavelas charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dimos Tzavelas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dimos Tzavelas kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Charis Papadamoulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignatios Moschogiannis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vaggelis Bourouselos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 74th minute, Charis Papadamoulis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Christoforos Tzanakakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charis Papadamoulis in the 84th minute of play forced Achladéai FC's goalkeeper Ignatios Moschogiannis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kapi City's Charilaos Kostoulas got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ignatios Moschogiannis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Theodosis Chalkias was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Stavros Velidis. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kapi City fully deserved thier win.
