Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Anastasios Varelakis took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Iordanis Tirovolas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Orchomenós FC's Tilemachos Skapaneas got control of the ball when Kosmas Kavafis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stefanos Kiousis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Theofanis Kostakos in the 9th minute of play. Stefanos Kiousis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Theofanis Kostakos, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anastasios Varelakis in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tilemachos Skapaneas saved Orchomenós FC from getting behind. 27 minutes into the match, Ronald Lammens notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Orchomenós FC's Tilemachos Skapaneas. Tilemachos Skapaneas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 36th minute, Karoplιsi FC's Anastasios Varelakis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Kosmas Kavafis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Tilemachos Skapaneas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Theofanis Kostakos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Savas Prasinos charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Savas Prasinos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 57 minutes into the game, Giorgos Thiakos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karoplιsi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Orchomenós FC the free kick. After 57 played minutes Karoplιsi FC got a freekick which was hit by Giorgos Thiakos. Kosmas Kavafis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Iordanis Tirovolas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69thth minute of the game Anastasios Varelakis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Orchomenós FC's Tilemachos Skapaneas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 72nd minute of the match, Theofanis Kostakos tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Stefanos Kiousis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, Karoplιsi FC's Stefanos Kiousis got control of the ball when Iordanis Tirovolas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Karoplιsi FC's Kosmas Kavafis got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 81st match minute, Karoplιsi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Goren to maneuver through the defense. Tilemachos Skapaneas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dimitris Paliouras went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Zinon Zoras's late challenge caught a Karoplιsi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zinon Zoras helped the player get up and apologised. 88 minutes into the game, one of Orchomenós FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Anastasios Varelakis shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Dimitris Paliouras scored 4-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tilemachos Skapaneas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dimitris Paliouras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tilemachos Skapaneas having to interfere. Karoplιsi FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
