The audience was convinced that Apostolikas Meraklis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lambis Paparigas was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Mika football club's Lambis Paparigas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renos Kalabokis in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes into the game, Thomas Katsibalos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kostas Spyropoulos. Thomas Katsibalos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Lambis Paparigas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Renos Kalabokis went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Lambis Paparigas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstantinos Grigoriou, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Konstantinos Lazaroglou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lambis Paparigas came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Ierisσs BC's Renos Kalabokis. But to his dismay, Renos Kalabokis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Lambis Paparigas came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Ierisσs BC's Konstantinos Grigoriou. But to his dismay, Konstantinos Grigoriou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apostolikas Meraklis in the 26th minute of play forced Mika football club's goalkeeper Lambis Paparigas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mika football club's Lambis Paparigas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apostolikas Meraklis in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Mika football club's goal looked a bit too open when Apostolikas Meraklis came free, but Lambis Paparigas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Ierisσs BC's Giorgos Bakosis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lambis Paparigas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. After a defensive mix-up in Ierisσs BC's zone, Thomas Katsibalos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apostolikas Meraklis in the 37th minute of play forced Mika football club's goalkeeper Lambis Paparigas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lambis Paparigas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstantinos Grigoriou, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 39 minutes in the game, Konstantinos Grigoriou dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After some careless play in the Mika football club defense, Renos Kalabokis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lambis Paparigas. The Mika football club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lambis Paparigas should have stopped the shot. Lambis Paparigas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alkaios Kapsalakis in the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Renos Kalabokis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lambis Paparigas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. The Mika football club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ierisσs BC were winning 1-6.

After a defensive mix-up in Mika football club's zone, Paraskevas Grigoroulis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lambis Paparigas came out of the goal and Paraskevas Grigoroulis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renos Kalabokis in the 55th minute of play forced Mika football club's goalkeeper Lambis Paparigas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute Paraskevas Grigoroulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lambis Paparigas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Ierisσs BC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Renos Kalabokis hit a great ball. Lambis Paparigas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Apostolikas Meraklis in the 59th minute. Lambis Paparigas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renos Kalabokis, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. With a little luck, Mika football club's Lambis Paparigas got control of the ball when Paraskevas Grigoroulis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kostas Spyropoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fragiskos Tochouroglou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 1-7 when Apostolikas Meraklis sped through Mika football club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lambis Paparigas. After 72 minutes of play, Ierisσs BC's Renos Kalabokis made it 1-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lambis Paparigas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lambis Paparigas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renos Kalabokis in the 76th minute of play. Mika football club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Konstantinos Grigoriou scored to the left of an out of position Lambis Paparigas, making the score, 1-9. Konstantinos Grigoriou received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lambis Paparigas came out and tried to block the shot, but Konstantinos Grigoriou slotted it home off the left post making it 1-11 in the 82nd minute. In the 85th match minute, Ierisσs BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paraskevas Grigoroulis to maneuver through the defense. Lambis Paparigas was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Apostolikas Meraklis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Apostolikas Meraklis really showed his touch with that goal: 1-12. 93 minutes into the game, Apostolikas Meraklis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lambis Paparigas. Apostolikas Meraklis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-13.
