After a rather tough play, ΦΟΙΝΙΚΑΣ's Basílio Raposo got a free kick in the 61st minute. Stratos Koutsilas struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. After having played for 90 minutes, Robert Kalliokoski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ΦΟΙΝΙΚΑΣ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Kalliokoski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Akis Varakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 95th play minutes Akis Varakis shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Marios Kanaris and just under the crossbar into goal.
