The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Paris Stamatakos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Air Brokers defense, Alexandros Basinas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paraskevas Ipsilantis. The Air Brokers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paraskevas Ipsilantis should have stopped the shot. 13 minutes into the game, Paris Stamatakos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Paraskevas Ipsilantis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. ΑΚΟΝΤΙΟΝ's Váldson Paes got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26thth minute of the game Paris Stamatakos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Air Brokers's Paraskevas Ipsilantis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Váldson Paes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paraskevas Ipsilantis having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Paris Stamatakos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paraskevas Ipsilantis was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Paris Stamatakos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dionysis Zachopoulos struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paris Stamatakos was the one to do the kick off. After 62 minutes, Sakis Kokkinopoulos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ΑΚΟΝΤΙΟΝ and the Air Brokers players grew even worse after the yellow card. With his leg Paraskevas Ipsilantis managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when ΑΚΟΝΤΙΟΝ's Paris Stamatakos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Paris Stamatakos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paraskevas Ipsilantis having to make a save. Váldson Paes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paris Stamatakos really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. After having played for 87 minutes, Paris Stamatakos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ΑΚΟΝΤΙΟΝ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paris Stamatakos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Air Brokers's goal looked a bit too open when Dionysis Zachopoulos came free, but Paraskevas Ipsilantis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ΑΚΟΝΤΙΟΝ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
