Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leonidas Karkamanis started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Zóli FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Nikolas Kabantais hit a great ball. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Keri's goalkeeper Antonis Tsatsaronis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 6 played minutes Keri got a freekick which was hit by Konstantinos Limnios. 7 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Zóli FC's Leonidas Karkamanis fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. 12 minutes into the game, Keri's Avraam Giannellis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valentinos Kalaboukas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Panos Katsapopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Avraam Giannellis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Valentinos Kalaboukas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 24 minutes of play, Keri's Odysseas Papanastasis made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valentinos Kalaboukas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Antonis Tsatsaronis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonidas Karkamanis in the 28th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Leonidas Karkamanis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Antonis Tsatsaronis, 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Odysseas Papanastasis in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valentinos Kalaboukas saved Zóli FC from getting behind. Antonis Tsatsaronis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonidas Karkamanis in the 38th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Odysseas Papanastasis to strike the kick off in the second half. Leonidas Karkamanis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 55 minutes, Demis Abaris mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zóli FC and the Keri players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 58th match minute, Zóli FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Panos Katsapopoulos to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Savas Argyrakos from long distance, 59 minutes into the match, got Valentinos Kalaboukas's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. A collision led to Zóli FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Marios Kalivitis hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the match, Zóli FC's goal looked a bit too open when Odysseas Papanastasis came free, but Valentinos Kalaboukas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Zóli FC's Anthimos Zafiriou in 77 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Antonis Tsatsaronis guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 79th minute, Leonidas Karkamanis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zóli FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Leonidas Karkamanis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute, Kosmas Banasidis fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Leonidas Karkamanis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valentinos Kalaboukas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Avraam Giannellis in the 94th minute. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zóli FC's goalkeeper Valentinos Kalaboukas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Keri had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
