Iakovos Zoumakis came out of the goal and Giannis Koukoglou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iakovos Papafanakis struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Nikos Poulopoulos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Triαnda BC. Marinos Domazos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Iakovos Zoumakis made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thodoris Konstantakis in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nikos Poulopoulos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Iakovos Zoumakis managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Kato Zalogko's Marinos Domazos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Iakovos Papafanakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Nikos Poulopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Marinos Domazos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nontas Spaneas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chrisostomos Ignatiou hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Nontas Spaneas took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iakovos Zoumakis. Iakovos Zoumakis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Thodoris Konstantakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. In the 68th minute Iakovos Papafanakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikos Poulopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A very good chance. Iakovos Zoumakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marinos Domazos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
