Spectators: 6761 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1761, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Iakovos Papafanakis got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Lνkion FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Christos Chronoulis hit a great ball. In the 3rd minute Iakovos Papafanakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miltos Tsoumadas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iakovos Zoumakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermis Nikitopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ermis Nikitopoulos in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iakovos Zoumakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Triαnda BC's zone, Ermis Nikitopoulos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iakovos Zoumakis came out of the goal and Ermis Nikitopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iakovos Zoumakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermis Nikitopoulos in the 10th minute of play. With a little luck, Lνkion FC's Miltos Tsoumadas got control of the ball when Thodoris Konstantakis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ermis Nikitopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iakovos Zoumakis having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Iraklis Kamelidis put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Iakovos Zoumakis. Iraklis Kamelidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermis Nikitopoulos in the 22nd minute of play forced Triαnda BC's goalkeeper Iakovos Zoumakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chrisostomos Ignatiou kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Iakovos Papafanakis struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Miltos Tsoumadas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Triαnda BC. 32 minutes into the game, Nontas Agathidis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lνkion FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Triαnda BC the free kick. A collision led to Lνkion FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Nontas Agathidis hit a great ball. Iraklis Kamelidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Iakovos Zoumakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thodoris Konstantakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thodoris Konstantakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Miltos Tsoumadas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Iraklis Kamelidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ermis Nikitopoulos made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Thodoris Konstantakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Triαnda BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Thodoris Konstantakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miltos Tsoumadas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th minute, Iakovos Papafanakis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ermis Nikitopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lνkion FC's Ermis Nikitopoulos got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Iraklis Kamelidis came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Lνkion FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iraklis Kamelidis couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Thodoris Konstantakis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Miltos Tsoumadas was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. 74 minutes into the match, Thodoris Konstantakis notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Lνkion FC's Miltos Tsoumadas. Miltos Tsoumadas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Iraklis Kamelidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 81 minutes, Iakovos Papafanakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Triαnda BC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iakovos Papafanakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Lνkion FC's goal looked a bit too open when Iakovos Papafanakis came free, but Miltos Tsoumadas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Iakovos Papafanakis notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Lνkion FC's Miltos Tsoumadas. Miltos Tsoumadas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Thodoris Konstantakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
