Lazaros Zisimopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alkis Varelopoulos having to interfere. If Lazaros Zisimopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lazaros Zisimopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Alkis Varelopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 20 minutes of play, DAFNI AO's Lazaros Zisimopoulos made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alkis Varelopoulos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alkis Varelopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lazaros Zisimopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FAST FOOD F.C's Alkis Varelopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lazaros Zisimopoulos in the 26th minute of play. If Miltos Chomatas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29thth minute of the game Lazaros Zisimopoulos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FAST FOOD F.C's Alkis Varelopoulos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. DAFNI AO's Lazaros Zisimopoulos was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 30th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Alkis Varelopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lazaros Zisimopoulos in the 35th minute of play. FAST FOOD F.C's Alkis Varelopoulos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save FAST FOOD F.C from getting a goal against them. 42 minutes in the game, Lazaros Zisimopoulos fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Alkis Varelopoulos having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miltos Chomatas got free with Alkis Varelopoulos in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Argyris Charisteas kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Miltos Chomatass short, quick shot in the 48thth minute got Alkis Varelopoulos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lazaros Zisimopoulos was the one to do the kick off. Alkis Varelopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleftherios Fanatos in the 52nd minute of play. DAFNI AO's Marios Kyriazis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alkis Varelopoulos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 61 minutes into the match, Lazaros Zisimopoulos notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of FAST FOOD F.C's Alkis Varelopoulos. Alkis Varelopoulos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Miltos Chomatas came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the DAFNI AO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miltos Chomatas couldn't finish the play. The supporters of DAFNI AO booed when FAST FOOD F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Argyris Charisteas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the game, DAFNI AO's Miltos Chomatas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alkis Varelopoulos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. 75 minutes into the game, Lazaros Zisimopoulos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Alkis Varelopoulos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Miltos Chomatas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. DAFNI AO's Lazaros Zisimopoulos got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lazaros Zisimopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Alkis Varelopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lazaros Zisimopoulos took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alkis Varelopoulos. Alkis Varelopoulos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. 92 minutes into the match, FAST FOOD F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Lazaros Zisimopoulos came free, but Alkis Varelopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Miltos Chomatas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alkis Varelopoulos was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. DAFNI AO walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
