The FC STIINTA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pao FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stathis Papanastasiou stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Pao FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Stathis Papanastasiou hit a great ball. Themistoklis Piatass short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Valentinos Psychountakis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Themistoklis Piatas spun around in front of the goal 55 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of FC STIINTA's goal. Stathis Papanastasiou did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Valentinos Psychountakis 65 minutes into the match. Valentinos Psychountakis made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Themistoklis Piatas sent off a good shot on target. Stathis Papanastasiou struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Valentinos Psychountakis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pao FC. Themistoklis Piatas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the match, FC STIINTA's goal looked a bit too open when Stathis Papanastasiou came free, but Valentinos Psychountakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stathis Papanastasiou in the 79th minute of play forced FC STIINTA's goalkeeper Valentinos Psychountakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stathis Papanastasiou in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valentinos Psychountakis saved FC STIINTA from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Themistoklis Piatas got free with Valentinos Psychountakis in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stathis Papanastasiou in the 89th minute of play forced FC STIINTA's goalkeeper Valentinos Psychountakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the game, Stathis Papanastasiou cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Valentinos Psychountakis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 95th match minute, FC STIINTA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Akis Papadopetrakis to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Themistoklis Piatas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pao FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Themistoklis Piatas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valentinos Psychountakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pao FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
