Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Agrelopos's Tolis Siouras started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alexis Kourabies showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stathis Pezos, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Vaios Thanailakis hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Alexis Kourabies made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stathis Pezos in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Agrelopos's goalkeeper Alexis Kourabies, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Panos Papanastasiou kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Stathis Pezos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Alexis Kourabies tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sotiris Kokkalas came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Agrelopos's Tolis Siouras. But to his dismay, Tolis Siouras quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 23 minutes in the game, Stathis Pezos fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Alexis Kourabies having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Zinon Perakakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kakkoulion BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zinon Perakakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexis Kourabies breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Kakkoulion BC booed when Agrelopos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthimos Giotopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Christos Mersinias lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Alexis Kourabies. 38 minutes into the match, Kakkoulion BC's Christos Mersinias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alexis Kourabies narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dimitris Venetidis hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Christos Mersinias might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alexis Kourabies. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christos Mersinias ran back to his position shaking his head. Alexis Kourabies made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christos Mersinias in the 44th minute. Christos Mersinias was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 48th minute. Kakkoulion BC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stathis Pezos to make the kick off. The supporters of Agrelopos booed when Kakkoulion BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Soulis Koklas didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Agrelopos getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Dimitris Venetidis hit a great ball. When Christos Mersinias came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Kakkoulion BC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christos Mersinias couldn't finish the play. Aimilios Matalas hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. With his leg Sotiris Kokkalas managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when Agrelopos's Filippos Kamaras fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Kakkoulion BC's Christodoulos Lazariou got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After some careless play in the Kakkoulion BC defense, Filippos Kamaras kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sotiris Kokkalas. The Kakkoulion BC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sotiris Kokkalas should have stopped the shot. If Aimilios Matalas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexis Kourabies made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stathis Pezos in the 88th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Tolis Siouras managed to get in a good position for a shot. Agrelopos's supporters rose to their feet, but Tolis Siouras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sotiris Kokkalas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 96 minutes, Stathis Pezos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kakkoulion BC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stathis Pezos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 98thth minute of the game Stathis Pezos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Agrelopos's Alexis Kourabies was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stathis Pezos in the 99th minute of play forced Agrelopos's goalkeeper Alexis Kourabies to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Kakkoulion BC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
