Koulis Giannou made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Silver City's Nontas Anagnostakis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Silver City from getting a goal against them. In the 20th minute of the match, Stefanos Kiratzis got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nontas Anagnostakis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 22 minutes into the match, Mirikhovon BC's goal looked a bit too open when Apostolos Kondilis came free, but Koulis Giannou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Koulis Giannou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vassilis Trechalidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Silver City's goal looked a bit too open when Markos Ntounos came free, but Nontas Anagnostakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Vassilis Trechalidis, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 39 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Koulis Giannou was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Apostolos Kondilis hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Vassilis Trechalidis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Koulis Giannou read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Silver City's Nontas Anagnostakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Markos Ntounos in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute Markos Ntounos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nontas Anagnostakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ntinos Lemonis in the 56th minute of play forced Silver City's goalkeeper Nontas Anagnostakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the game, Stefanos Kiratzis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Nontas Anagnostakis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Antonis Keramidas's late challenge caught a Mirikhovon BC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antonis Keramidas helped the player get up and apologised. Antonis Keramidas hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. A collision led to Mirikhovon BC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Ntinos Lemonis hit a great ball. Stefanos Kiratzis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nontas Anagnostakis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Ntinos Lemonis took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nontas Anagnostakis. Nontas Anagnostakis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The Mirikhovon BC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
