The audience thought a goal was coming when Apostolis Lazaris got free with Koulis Giannou in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 8th minute of the match Paraskevas Keskembes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Notis Mitseas skillfully saved the ball. Mirikhovon BC's Koulis Giannou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Mirikhovon BC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Mirikhovon BC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Markos Ntounos hit a great ball. Notis Mitseas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefanos Kiratzis in the 31st minute of the match. Notis Mitseas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Markos Ntounos in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Kleanthis Lazos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mirikhovon BC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Radovizi BC the free kick. Kleanthis Lazos hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Markos Ntounos charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Markos Ntounos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 37th minute, Markos Ntounos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Notis Mitseas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ntinos Lemonis, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 43rd minute, Apostolis Lazaris got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Markos Ntounos was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Mirikhovon BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kleanthis Lazos to maneuver through the defense. Apostolis Lazaris struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Koulis Giannou didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Radovizi BC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apostolis Lazaris in the 58th minute of play forced Mirikhovon BC's goalkeeper Koulis Giannou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Vassilis Kritikopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Radovizi BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vassilis Kritikopoulos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Koulis Giannou breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Apostolis Lazaris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Koulis Giannou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kostas Kakaris recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 67th minute Kleanthis Lazos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Notis Mitseas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Notis Mitseas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kleanthis Lazos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pavlos Tzorvas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Koulis Giannou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Notis Mitseas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Markos Ntounos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Apostolis Lazaris came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Radovizi BC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Apostolis Lazaris couldn't finish the play. In the 79th match minute, Radovizi BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vassilis Kritikopoulos to maneuver through the defense. Paraskevas Keskembes kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Markos Ntounos in the 86th minute of play forced Radovizi BC's goalkeeper Notis Mitseas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 played minutes Radovizi BC got a freekick which was hit by Vassilis Kritikopoulos. Mirikhovon BC's Koulis Giannou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apostolis Lazaris in the 89th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Markos Ntounos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Notis Mitseas. That made the score 0-2 in the 95 minute of play.
