Néo Gynaikókastro BC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valerios Pagalos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Giannis Matzavidis kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34th match minute, Florιsion FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Demis Grigorakos to maneuver through the defense. If Dimitris Peras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lambis Giannopoulos struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Menelaos Giotis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Florιsion FC. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Dimitris Peras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lambis Giannopoulos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Menelaos Giotis made a huge save. In the 68th minute of the game, Stathis Tassiou landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After 68 minutes, Petros Velouchiotis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Néo Gynaikókastro BC and the Florιsion FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 69 played minutes Néo Gynaikókastro BC got a freekick which was hit by Petros Velouchiotis. 71 minutes into the game, Dimitris Peras was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Florιsion FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Néo Gynaikókastro BC the free kick. A collision led to Florιsion FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Dimitris Peras hit a great ball. In the 73rdth minute of the game Valerios Pagalos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Florιsion FC's Alexis Chatzidimitriou was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Florιsion FC's goal looked a bit too open when Valerios Pagalos came free, but Alexis Chatzidimitriou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Valerios Pagalos came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Néo Gynaikókastro BC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valerios Pagalos couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute Lambis Giannopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Menelaos Giotis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lambis Giannopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Menelaos Giotis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Florιsion FC's Lambis Giannopoulos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Menelaos Giotis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Florιsion FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Néo Gynaikókastro BC to leave the ground with a draw.
