Spectators: 7578 (Terracing: 5685, Seating: 1743, VIP seats: 150) Laliσtis BC's Manos Vakros started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kostas Viglakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aimilios Tsifoutis having to interfere. Laliσtis BC's Kostas Viglakis got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aimilios Tsifoutis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manos Vakros in the 11th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manos Vakros in the 22nd minute of play forced Spartans's goalkeeper Aimilios Tsifoutis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stathis Chatzidakis kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Manos Vakros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aimilios Tsifoutis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kostas Viglakis's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Charis Morikis charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Charis Morikis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kostas Viglakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Spartans's Charis Morikis got a free kick in the 47th minute. Aimilios Tsifoutis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manos Vakros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 52nd minute, Laliσtis BC's Giannis Nasiakos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Laliσtis BC's Fragiskos Kalimeris got a free kick in the 57th minute. Minas Karalexis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kostas Zikos in the 58th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Manos Vakros kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aimilios Tsifoutis. That made the score 0-2 in the 61 minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Spartans's goalkeeper Aimilios Tsifoutis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kostas Viglakis. After a rather tough play, Spartans's Veniamin Kyriakas got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After having played for 75 minutes, Manos Vakros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Laliσtis BC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manos Vakros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manos Vakros in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aimilios Tsifoutis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Manos Vakros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Aimilios Tsifoutis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 86 played minutes Spartans got a freekick which was hit by Charis Morikis. Aimilios Tsifoutis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kostas Viglakis in the 89th minute. The audience was convinced that Manos Vakros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aimilios Tsifoutis was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. 96 minutes into the match, Spartans's goal looked a bit too open when Giannis Nasiakos came free, but Aimilios Tsifoutis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 98 minutes into the match, Laliσtis BC's Kostas Viglakis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aimilios Tsifoutis narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
