Spectators: 7549 (Terracing: 5663, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Grigoris Bazinas started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Dasochσrion getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Fanis Korais hit a great ball. Alexandros Lagidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasios Agathatos having to interfere. In the 13th minute Giorgos Eleftheratos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anastasios Agathatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Yeorgaraνika defense, Alexandros Lagidis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anastasios Agathatos. The Yeorgaraνika fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anastasios Agathatos should have stopped the shot. After 16 minutes, Giannis Thomas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yeorgaraνika and the Dasochσrion players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 18 played minutes Dasochσrion got a freekick which was hit by Giorgos Eleftheratos. In the 20th minute, Dasochσrion's Ignatios Tsovolas seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ignatios Tsovolas the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Dasochσrion protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ignatios Tsovolas had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Dasochσrion getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Ignatios Tsovolas hit a great ball. Anastasios Agathatos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kostas Tatsis went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After having played for 27 minutes, Kostas Tatsis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dasochσrion's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kostas Tatsis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anastasios Agathatos came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Dasochσrion's Alexandros Lagidis. But to his dismay, Alexandros Lagidis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 33rd match minute, Dasochσrion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sotos Iliadis to maneuver through the defense. Dasochσrion's Kleon Valassiou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Dasochσrion from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Alexandros Lagidis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dasochσrion's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandros Lagidis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anastasios Agathatos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Giannis Thomas kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Anastasios Agathatos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandros Lagidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. A collision led to Yeorgaraνika getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Zinon Kassimis hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alexandros Lagidis to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Yeorgaraνika's zone, Kostas Tatsis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anastasios Agathatos came out of the goal and Kostas Tatsis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anastasios Agathatos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alexandros Lagidis went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Yeorgaraνika's Anastasios Agathatos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kostas Tatsis in the 57th minute of play. If Giorgos Eleftheratos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 played minutes Dasochσrion got a freekick which was hit by Alexandros Lagidis. Kostas Tatsis struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Anastasios Agathatos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dasochσrion. After a rather tough play, Yeorgaraνika's Zinon Kassimis got a free kick in the 78th minute. When Kostas Tatsis came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Dasochσrion fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kostas Tatsis couldn't finish the play. Anastasios Agathatos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kostas Tatsis in the 91st minute of play. Dasochσrion's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
