Alkaios Pekos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kostas Tatsis in the 16th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 18 minutes into the game, when Themistoklis Stelas put in a rough tackle. 17 minutes into the game, one of ΣΑΛΑΜΙΝΟΜΑΧΟΙ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Dasochσrion a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Fanis Korais, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ΣΑΛΑΜΙΝΟΜΑΧΟΙ's Alkaios Pekos. 1-1. 22 minutes into the game, Aggelos Tripotseris cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. After having played for 75 minutes, Aggelos Tripotseris managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ΣΑΛΑΜΙΝΟΜΑΧΟΙ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aggelos Tripotseris was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ΣΑΛΑΜΙΝΟΜΑΧΟΙ's Aggelos Tripotseris got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dasochσrion's Kleon Valassiou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Dasochσrion from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice moves Aggelos Tripotseris could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Kleon Valassiou however easily saved by the left post. Dasochσrion's Kleon Valassiou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Dasochσrion from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Dasochσrion's zone, Aggelos Tripotseris stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kleon Valassiou came out of the goal and Aggelos Tripotseris tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the ΣΑΛΑΜΙΝΟΜΑΧΟΙ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Dasochσrion.
