The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Grigoris Kouroupetsoglou in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tolis Alexiadis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59th minute, Pámfilla FC's Simos Lazariadis seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Simos Lazariadis the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Pámfilla FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Simos Lazariadis had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave kalamos a penalty, 61 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Nektarios Pezos, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Pámfilla FC's Tolis Alexiadis. 1-0. Spyros Katsoulakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tolis Alexiadis having to interfere. Stergios Sferas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. But to his dismay, Spyros Katsoulakis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 75th minute Grigoris Kouroupetsoglou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolis Alexiadis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. kalamos's Spyros Katsoulakis got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tolis Alexiadis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grigoris Kouroupetsoglou in the 91st minute of play. If Grigoris Kouroupetsoglou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
