In the 7th minute Eugenios Patoulas managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. In the 11th minute, Eugenios Patoulas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kamαrion FC's goalkeeper Nikolas Papafotis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nasos Ntavelis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikolas Papafotis having to interfere. Nikolas Papafotis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nasos Ntavelis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Menelaos Katsanevas struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Nikolas Papafotis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kosmirα. Panos Amanatidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giorgos Logothetis in the 43rd minute of the match. When Kleanthis Panagakoglou came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Kamαrion FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kleanthis Panagakoglou couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Giorgos Logothetis to make the kick off. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Kosmirα would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
