After a defensive mix-up in Π.Α.Ο.Κ F.C's zone, Koulis Vlasakidis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Louis Marinakis came out of the goal and Koulis Vlasakidis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Louis Marinakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tilemachos Aggelopoulos in the 25th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Koulis Vlasakidis made a precise shot to the right of Louis Marinakis. Π.Α.Ο.Κ F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giannis Charalambous in the 66th minute of play forced Beilerli's goalkeeper Fivos Kokkalas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beilerli's Koulis Vlasakidis got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Beilerli's zone, Giannis Charalambous stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fivos Kokkalas came out of the goal and Giannis Charalambous tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Petros Patistas charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Petros Patistas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Beilerli getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Petros Patistas hit a great ball. If Isidoros Kousoulakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tilemachos Aggelopoulos struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Louis Marinakis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beilerli. In the 97th minute Koulis Vlasakidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Louis Marinakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beilerli played a much better game than Π.Α.Ο.Κ F.C and deserved their victory. The Π.Α.Ο.Κ F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
