Μακεδονια Ελληνικη's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 13 played minutes dodoni eagles got a freekick which was hit by Stavros Tsouloufas. Stavros Tsouloufas hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute, Stamatis Mastorakis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stamatis Mastorakis did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Kostas Kokoras 20 minutes into the match. Charilaos Karousis hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Kleanthis Drakos hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After 30 minutes, Stavros Papadimoulis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the dodoni eagles and the Μακεδονια Ελληνικη players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, dodoni eagles's Stavros Papadimoulis got a free kick in the 30th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Μακεδονια Ελληνικη's goal looked a bit too open when Gábor Csernyi came free, but Nikos Kavouras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nikos Kavouras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gábor Csernyi, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 37 minutes into the match, Μακεδονια Ελληνικη's goal looked a bit too open when Stavros Papadimoulis came free, but Nikos Kavouras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Louis Reading stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Louis Reading received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Nikos Kavouras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the game, Louis Reading cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Nikos Kavouras was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Μακεδονια Ελληνικη's zone, Louis Reading stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nikos Kavouras came out of the goal and Louis Reading tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 63rd minute, dodoni eagles's Manos Kokkinopoulos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-5. In the 71st match minute, Μακεδονια Ελληνικη was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Markos Pantelis to maneuver through the defense. Nikos Kavouras was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Louis Reading showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-6 in the 72 minute of play. When Stamatis Mastorakis fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Μακεδονια Ελληνικη's protests and gave Stamatis Mastorakis a yellow card for diving instead. 79 minutes into the game, Philip Sande was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Μακεδονια Ελληνικη's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave dodoni eagles the free kick. After 81 played minutes dodoni eagles got a freekick which was hit by Kleon Skoufas. After 84 played minutes Μακεδονια Ελληνικη got a freekick which was hit by Giannis Nassiakos. Giannis Nassiakos hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Μακεδονια Ελληνικη's Nikos Kavouras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Louis Reading in the 90th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stamatis Mastorakis in the 92nd minute of play forced dodoni eagles's goalkeeper Kostas Kokoras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Philip Sande was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 95 minutes had been played.
