After 5 played minutes OldCastle got a freekick which was hit by Zinon Terzis. OldCastle's Christoforos Savakis was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 10th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Adamantios Kouroupetroglou kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Zinon Terzis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christos Tsiolis. Simbαnion FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zinon Terzis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 25 minutes into the match, Simbαnion FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zinon Terzis came free, but Christos Tsiolis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as OldCastle's Zinon Terzis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Christos Tsiolis. That made the score 3-0 after 27 minutes of play. Christos Tsiolis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christoforos Savakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Christos Tsiolis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zinon Terzis in the 35th minute of the match. Argyris Kalivatsis kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After 39 minutes, Stelios Alexakis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Simbαnion FC and the OldCastle players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of OldCastle booed when Simbαnion FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stelios Alexakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Simbαnion FC's Christos Tsiolis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zinon Terzis in the 40th minute of play. A collision led to OldCastle getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Argyris Kalivatsis hit a great ball. In the 46th minute, Stelios Efthimiou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stelios Alexakis to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Simbαnion FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ntinos Xanthoulis came free, but Christos Tsiolis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ntinos Xanthoulis in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christos Tsiolis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Ntinos Xanthoulis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christos Tsiolis was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 56thth minute of the game Zinon Terzis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Simbαnion FC's Christos Tsiolis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ntinos Xanthoulis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christos Tsiolis having to interfere. After 59 minutes of play, OldCastle's Ntinos Xanthoulis made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christos Tsiolis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zinon Terzis in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. After 67th play minutes Zinon Terzis shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Christos Tsiolis and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 70th minute, Zinon Terzis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. OldCastle's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Stelios Efthimiou in the 76th minute. The corner ended in Christoforos Savakis almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Simbαnion FC's Christos Tsiolis did a great save. The supporters of OldCastle booed when Simbαnion FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adamantios Kouroupetroglou didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ntinos Xanthoulis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Christos Tsiolis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. OldCastle's Ntinos Xanthoulis got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. OldCastle walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
