Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dimitris Sapounopoulos took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Dorotheos Giannakoulis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vaggelis Tragos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Dimitris Sapounopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aiyialσs's supporters rose to their feet, but Dimitris Sapounopoulos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fotis Vouzounerakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Loukas Dermitzoglou put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Thrasivoulos Sikalias. Aiyialσs's Thrasivoulos Sikalias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charis Panagiotopoulos in the 14th minute of play. Vaggelis Tragos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Fotis Vouzounerakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thrasivoulos Sikalias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charis Panagiotopoulos in the 21st minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Olympiada's Thrasivoulos Sikalias threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Charis Panagiotopoulos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ilias Kechagias kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Thrasivoulos Sikalias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charis Panagiotopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. If Vaggelis Tragos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Olympiada booed when Aiyialσs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ilias Kechagias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olympiada's Fotis Vouzounerakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitris Sapounopoulos in the 34th minute of play. A collision led to Aiyialσs getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Dimitris Sapounopoulos hit a great ball. After having played for 41 minutes, Charis Panagiotopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olympiada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Charis Panagiotopoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 2-0 became the score in the 43rd minute when Charis Panagiotopoulos elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Charis Panagiotopoulos to make the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Theodosis Papadakoglou in the 54th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Olympiada's Dorotheos Seferlis. Charis Panagiotopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thrasivoulos Sikalias having to interfere. Dimitris Sapounopoulos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fotis Vouzounerakis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute Charis Panagiotopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thrasivoulos Sikalias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Charis Panagiotopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Thrasivoulos Sikalias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62ndth minute of the game Loukas Dermitzoglou who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aiyialσs's Thrasivoulos Sikalias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 63 minutes into the game, Vaggelis Tragos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Fotis Vouzounerakis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vaggelis Tragos got free with Fotis Vouzounerakis in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Olympiada's Fotis Vouzounerakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitris Sapounopoulos in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Dorotheos Giannakoulis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vaggelis Tragos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Fotis Vouzounerakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the game, Aiyialσs's Vaggelis Tragos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fotis Vouzounerakis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
