Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Thanos Koutras got the match started through his kick off. In the 10th minute, Aris Thomakis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fondas Nikolopoulos. The goal made the score 2-0. CAPTAIN NEMO's Fondas Nikolopoulos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save CAPTAIN NEMO from getting a goal against them. The supporters of CAPTAIN NEMO booed when Pogoniá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simos Pappagiorgas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute, Vladimiros Tatsidis made a precise shot to the right of Odysseas Paridis. Pogoniá's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Vladimiros Tatsidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, Ermis Nikolaou fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Fondas Nikolopoulos, passed just outside the right post. Pogoniá's attack was well implemented in the 34th minute, but when Ermis Nikolaou was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. CAPTAIN NEMO's Fondas Nikolopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thanos Koutras in the 36th minute of play. Vassilis Tzouroudis hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Pogoniá's Thanos Koutras was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 42nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 50th minute, CAPTAIN NEMO's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Thanos Koutras fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vladimiros Tatsidis to strike the kick off in the second half. After 60 minutes, Aris Thomakis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pogoniá and the CAPTAIN NEMO players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Pogoniá getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Aris Thomakis hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the match, CAPTAIN NEMO's Panagiotis Kokkosalis broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. With a little luck, Pogoniá's Odysseas Paridis got control of the ball when Vrasidas Braoudakis tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 69th minute of the game. One of CAPTAIN NEMO:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pogoniá:s goal. If Ermis Nikolaou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 74th minute of the match Aris Thomakis completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Aris Thomakis a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Pogoniá's Aris Thomakis got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 77th match minute, Pogoniá was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthimos Giatridis to maneuver through the defense. Vrasidas Braoudakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Odysseas Paridis having to interfere. Odysseas Paridis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiros Tatsidis in the 84th minute of the match. Odysseas Paridis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimiros Tatsidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vladimiros Tatsidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Odysseas Paridis having to interfere. Odysseas Paridis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladimiros Tatsidis in the 90th minute of play. Ermis Nikolaou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fondas Nikolopoulos having to interfere. Thanos Koutras recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ermis Nikolaou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vrasidas Braoudakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Pogoniá players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
