Dimitris Kavazis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paris Papanikolaou during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Periklis Bourlokas struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Dimitris Kavazis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Footopia. In the 17th minute, Paris Papanikolaou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dionysis Bosinakos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Prongνon's Dimitris Kavazis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dionysis Bosinakos in the 20th minute of play. If Dionysis Bosinakos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 33 minutes, Nikos Kourtidis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Prongνon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nikos Kourtidis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Trifon Poniros kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Christos Mitropanos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikos Kourtidis in the 36th minute of the match. Dimitris Kavazis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dionysis Bosinakos, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Dimitris Kavazis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 46th match minute, Prongνon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paris Papanikolaou to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lazaros Spetzos to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Footopia's goal looked a bit too open when Lazaros Spetzos came free, but Christos Mitropanos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 52 minutes into the game, Footopia's Dionysis Bosinakos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dimitris Kavazis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Periklis Bourlokas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Footopia's Paris Vasalas got a free kick in the 58th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Footopia's goalkeeper Christos Mitropanos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Achilleas Michopoulos. After having played for 63 minutes, Dionysis Bosinakos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Footopia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dionysis Bosinakos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Dionysis Bosinakos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dimitris Kavazis. Prongνon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dionysis Bosinakos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Periklis Bourlokas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dimitris Kavazis having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Dionysis Bosinakos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Footopia's supporters rose to their feet, but Dionysis Bosinakos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dimitris Kavazis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 83 minutes into the match, Prongνon's goal looked a bit too open when Periklis Bourlokas came free, but Dimitris Kavazis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dimitris Kavazis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dionysis Bosinakos's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the game, Akakios Koukos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Footopia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Prongνon the free kick. In the 88th minute, Akakios Koukos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Footopia getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Paris Vasalas hit a great ball. Footopia's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
