Spectators: 7592 (Terracing: 5696, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Giorgos Telios kicked off to start the match. In the 6th minute, Giorgos Telios left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Voοvatα FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Takis Savourogiannis made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Christos Papadamopoulos sent off a good shot on target. Lambis Stratoulis hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Argyris Tsakarelidis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thrasivoulos Beis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Giorgos Akrivakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giorgos Telios received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Thrasivoulos Beis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Argyris Tsakarelidis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Grigoris Kastanakoglou kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, SPARTAN WARRIORS's goal looked a bit too open when Giorgos Telios came free, but Thrasivoulos Beis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 30 minutes, Panos Roubakis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SPARTAN WARRIORS and the Voοvatα FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. SPARTAN WARRIORS's Tasos Karsiotis got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Panos Roubakis kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giorgos Telios in the 45th minute of play forced SPARTAN WARRIORS's goalkeeper Thrasivoulos Beis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lambis Stratoulis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Giorgos Telios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 53 minutes of play SPARTAN WARRIORS's Panos Roubakis was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Thrasivoulos Beis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Giorgos Telios's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thrasivoulos Beis was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. In the 62nd minute, Giorgos Akrivakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ilias Skarpathiotis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Argyris Tsakarelidis notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of SPARTAN WARRIORS's Thrasivoulos Beis. Thrasivoulos Beis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Argyris Tsakarelidis got free with Thrasivoulos Beis in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Giorgos Telios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, SPARTAN WARRIORS's Tasos Karsiotis got a free kick in the 81st minute. After 85 played minutes SPARTAN WARRIORS got a freekick which was hit by Tasos Karsiotis. In the 89th minute, Giorgos Telios made a precise shot to the right of Thrasivoulos Beis. SPARTAN WARRIORS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5.
