Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Trakhoníti's Alketas Lorantos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Katavia BC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Alketas Sokolatopoulos hit a great ball. Ntinos Basinas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Panos Papantonakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Iordanis Paraskevopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After 8 played minutes, Trakhoníti's Stelios Vangelis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ntinos Basinas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Trakhoníti reached it. With a little luck, Katavia BC's Ntinos Basinas got control of the ball when Kostas Katsimichas tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 13 minutes, Alketas Lorantos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trakhoníti and the Katavia BC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 16 minutes into the game, Trakhoníti's Kostas Katsimichas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ntinos Basinas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Ntinos Basinas didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 21st minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Iordanis Paraskevopoulos's late challenge caught a Trakhoníti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iordanis Paraskevopoulos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 23rd minute, one of Katavia BC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Katavia BC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alketas Lorantos in the 28th minute of play forced Katavia BC's goalkeeper Ntinos Basinas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute, Vaggelis Kerkopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ntinos Basinas was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Stelios Vangelis. Kostas Katsimichas scored 3-0 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ntinos Basinas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ntinos Basinas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kostas Katsimichas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 36 minute of play. Kostas Katsimichas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Ntinos Basinas made a huge save. Ntinos Basinas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alketas Lorantos in the 41st minute of play. Ntinos Basinas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Panos Polymerou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Panos Papantonakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 60 played minutes Trakhoníti got a freekick which was hit by Panos Papantonakis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panos Papantonakis in the 63rd minute of play forced Katavia BC's goalkeeper Ntinos Basinas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Kostas Katsimichas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ntinos Basinas. Katavia BC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kostas Katsimichas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 69th minute, Theocharis Peponis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ntinos Basinas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alketas Lorantos, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After 73 played minutes Trakhoníti got a freekick which was hit by Panos Polymerou. Theocharis Peponis kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Ntinos Basinas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alketas Lorantos, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Ntinos Basinas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kostas Katsimichas went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Ntinos Basinas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alketas Lorantos in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 86th minute Alketas Lorantos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ntinos Basinas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Trakhoníti players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
