Spectators: 6750 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1750, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dimitris Sakallieros started the match with the kick off. Píthion FC's Thalis Gittas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manolis Kyparissis in the 4th minute of play. Zinon Poriotis hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Manolis Kyparissis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thalis Gittas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. If Sofoklis Perakakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Thymios Anagnostopoulos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Píthion FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 24th minute, Manolis Kyparissis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Dimitris Sakallieros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thalis Gittas was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Thalis Gittas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitris Sakallieros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dimitris Tsopakis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sofoklis Perakakis's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Sofoklis Perakakis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dimitris Tsopakis came out and tried to block the shot, but Sofoklis Perakakis slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 36th minute. Thalis Gittas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimitris Sakallieros in the 41st minute of the match. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Píthion FC!

Dimitris Tsopakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sofoklis Perakakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Píthion FC's Sofoklis Perakakis got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Sofoklis Perakakis came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Píthion FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sofoklis Perakakis couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Pegasus F.C's Nikitas Vogiaris got a free kick in the 64th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sofoklis Perakakis in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dimitris Tsopakis saved Pegasus F.C from getting behind. A collision led to Pegasus F.C getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Akis Papantonakis hit a great ball. After having played for 69 minutes, Sofoklis Perakakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Píthion FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sofoklis Perakakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 71stth minute of the game Thymios Anagnostopoulos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pegasus F.C's Dimitris Tsopakis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Thymios Anagnostopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Lazaros Zikos fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pegasus F.C's protests and gave Lazaros Zikos a yellow card for diving instead. After 74 played minutes Pegasus F.C got a freekick which was hit by Lazaros Zikos. In the 75th minute, Thymios Anagnostopoulos made a precise shot to the right of Dimitris Tsopakis. Pegasus F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Dimitris Tsopakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sofoklis Perakakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After recieving a nice pass, Píthion FC's Theagenis Sfakianakis tried to score from far away in the 82nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Sofoklis Perakakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimitris Tsopakis having to interfere. Manos Voulgarelis hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Thalis Gittas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikitas Vogiaris in the 88th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manolis Kyparissis got free with Thalis Gittas in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 100thth minute of the game Sofoklis Perakakis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pegasus F.C's Dimitris Tsopakis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Píthion FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Pegasus F.C for a fine match.
