After 4 minutes, Sotiris Karameris mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ and the HANNIBAL players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Sotiris Karameris hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ntinos Karalexis in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sakis Tavlaridis saved HANNIBAL from getting behind. With a little luck, ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ's Dimitris Mandalenakis got control of the ball when Ntinos Koutsoulis tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 11th minute Ntinos Karalexis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sakis Tavlaridis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dimitris Labetis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18th minute, Ntinos Koutsoulis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The HANNIBAL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 23 minutes into the match, HANNIBAL's goal looked a bit too open when Ntinos Karalexis came free, but Sakis Tavlaridis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 minutes, Themistoklis Giannikakis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HANNIBAL and the ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to HANNIBAL getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Themistoklis Giannikakis hit a great ball. Dimitris Mandalenakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimitris Labetis, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Ntinos Koutsoulis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Dimitris Mandalenakis made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Michalis Katsaros managed to get in a good position for a shot. ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ's supporters rose to their feet, but Michalis Katsaros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ were furious when Sotiris Karameris was red carded, 51 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 51 minutes into the game, one of ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Dimitris Mandalenakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ntinos Koutsoulis in the 55th minute of the match. ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ's Dimitris Mandalenakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ntinos Koutsoulis in the 56th minute of play. In the 80th minute Dimitris Labetis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitris Mandalenakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ntinos Koutsoulis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ's Dimitris Mandalenakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Themistoklis Giannikakis in the 92nd minute of play. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ's goalkeeper Dimitris Mandalenakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 94 played minutes ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ got a freekick which was hit by Manos Tsagris. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
