After 5 played minutes Babouinoi FC got a freekick which was hit by Chatziantoniou Sakellarios. Kyriakos Mantouvalos had several of the OLYMPIAKOS SYROY F.C's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 8 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Apostolis Fragakos as he didn't even see the shot coming. A collision led to OLYMPIAKOS SYROY F.C getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Pavlos Spiliotopoulos hit a great ball. OLYMPIAKOS SYROY F.C's Apostolis Fragakos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save OLYMPIAKOS SYROY F.C from getting a goal against them. If Chatziantoniou Sakellarios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kostas Rodopoulos helped the player get up and apologised. 32 minutes into the match, Kyriakos Mantouvalos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Apostolis Fragakos. OLYMPIAKOS SYROY F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kyriakos Mantouvalos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Babouinoi FC made a substitution. Stamatis Tassoglou replaced Minas Kastritsis. Apostolis Fragakos made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Chatziantoniou Sakellarios sent off a good shot on target. Apostolis Fragakos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lefteris Kostidis in the 41st minute. 45 minutes into the match, OLYMPIAKOS SYROY F.C's goalkeeper Apostolis Fragakos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kyriakos Mantouvalos. Stamatis Tassoglou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apostolis Fragakos having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kyriakos Mantouvalos made a kick off. In the 66th minute, Kyriakos Mantouvalos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Apostolis Fragakos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyriakos Mantouvalos in the 69th minute of play. The Babouinoi FC fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when Babouinoi FC's Kyriakos Mantouvalos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 75 minutes into the match, Kyriakos Mantouvalos notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of OLYMPIAKOS SYROY F.C's Apostolis Fragakos. Apostolis Fragakos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Pavlos Spiliotopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kyriakos Mantouvalos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Kyriakos Mantouvalos came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Babouinoi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kyriakos Mantouvalos couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Kyriakos Mantouvalos put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Apostolis Fragakos. There was no doubt that Babouinoi FC were the better team. Babouinoi FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
