Spectators: 7742 (Terracing: 5808, Seating: 1780, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Demis Ferekidis started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes Sirαkon got a freekick which was hit by Paris Mavridis. If Fotis Paspalakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Demis Ferekidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Dimos Choutos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th match minute, Sirαkon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimitris Karopoulos to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Bandiera Rossa's Chatziantoniou Papachristoulis got control of the ball when Babbis Iakovidis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vaggelis Kapsalis's late challenge caught a Bandiera Rossa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vaggelis Kapsalis helped the player get up and apologised. After 21 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sirαkon! A collision led to Sirαkon getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Stamatis Zavantias hit a great ball. Chatziantoniou Papachristoulis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sotiris Roussis in the 30th minute of play. Demis Ferekidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Babbis Iakovidis came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Sirαkon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Babbis Iakovidis couldn't finish the play. Dimos Choutos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fotis Paspalakis in the 48th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sotiris Roussis was the one to do the kick off. Chatziantoniou Papachristoulis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Babbis Iakovidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Fotis Paspalakis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Dimos Choutos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sotiris Roussis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chatziantoniou Papachristoulis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Fotis Paspalakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimos Choutos having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Sotiris Roussis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sirαkon's supporters rose to their feet, but Sotiris Roussis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chatziantoniou Papachristoulis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 81st minute Babbis Iakovidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chatziantoniou Papachristoulis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Babbis Iakovidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bandiera Rossa's Fotis Paspalakis got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 96 minutes into the game, Sotiris Roussis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Chatziantoniou Papachristoulis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
