In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind NIKH 1924's goalkeeper Leonidas Boniatis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Leonidas Boniatis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kyriakos Mantouvalos in the 14th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Kyriakos Mantouvalos put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Leonidas Boniatis. Leonidas Boniatis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyriakos Mantouvalos in the 23rd minute of play. Fondas Tsimidakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Egil Haarr made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kyriakos Mantouvalos in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonidas Boniatis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Kyriakos Mantouvalos sped through NIKH 1924's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leonidas Boniatis. Babouinoi FC's Stamatis Tassoglou was substituted for Minas Kastritsis. After a rather tough play, NIKH 1924's Zisis Babasidis got a free kick in the 37th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kyriakos Mantouvalos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With his leg Leonidas Boniatis managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when Babouinoi FC's Kyriakos Mantouvalos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Kyriakos Mantouvaloss short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Leonidas Boniatis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Leonidas Boniatis was a little too slow when Kostas Rodopoulos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 0-8. If Kyriakos Mantouvalos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Stamatis Tassoglou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonidas Boniatis having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Babouinoi FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than NIKH 1924.
