Anastasios Velakos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Thrasivoulos Koulouris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Charalambos Telemes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Eugenios Vouzas took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Anastasios Velakos to make any attempt to save it. Ignatios Kazatzidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charalambos Telemes having to interfere. Anastasios Velakos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Menios Xanthatos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. President's Anastasios Velakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenios Vouzas in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Menios Xanthatos in the 29th minute of play forced President's goalkeeper Anastasios Velakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, President's goal looked a bit too open when Anastasios Liolidis came free, but Anastasios Velakos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 played minutes President got a freekick which was hit by Anastasios Balafoutis. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

President's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Menios Xanthatos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Panos Portokaloglou made in the 58th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Menios Xanthatos immediately put the ball in play. In the 59th minute, Menios Xanthatos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anastasios Velakos was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 62nd match minute, Anka FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenios Vouzas to maneuver through the defense. Anastasios Velakos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Menios Xanthatos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Anka FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. Charalambos Telemes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eugenios Vouzas scored 6-2 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anastasios Velakos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
