A hard shot 10 in the game by Fondas Tsimidakis from a close distance when the talented Dimos Choutos managed to make a qualified save. Sirαkon's players were relieved. Dimos Choutos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fondas Tsimidakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dimos Choutos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lakis Diamantopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Lakis Diamantopoulos took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Dimos Choutos to make any attempt to save it. Sotiris Roussis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonidas Boniatis having to interfere. Leonidas Boniatis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sotiris Roussis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. NIKH 1924's Leonidas Boniatis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sotiris Roussis in the 39th minute of play. Dimos Choutos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lakis Diamantopoulos in the 41st minute of play. Sirαkon's Dimos Choutos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Sirαkon from getting a goal against them. If Babbis Iakovidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

After a defensive mix-up in Sirαkon's zone, Fondas Tsimidakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dimos Choutos came out of the goal and Fondas Tsimidakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lakis Diamantopoulos succeeded in the game's 53rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Zisis Babasidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimos Choutos having to interfere. Dimos Choutos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fondas Tsimidakis in the 59th minute of the match. Dimos Choutos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lakis Diamantopoulos in the 62nd minute of play. After 68 minutes of play Sirαkon's Sotiris Roussis was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of NIKH 1924 booed when Sirαkon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sotiris Roussis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Fondas Tsimidakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. There was no doubt that NIKH 1924 were the better team. NIKH 1924's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
